Salary

€2,300 gross per month

monthly business trips to Germany to supervise the company's construction projects

Main responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and supervise the construction of the residential complex in Pazardzhik
• Ensure works follow the approved designs, schedules and budget
• Review architectural, structural and engineering solutions
• Control the quality of building materials and completed works
• Check quantities, completion certificates and contractor documentation
• Ensure compliance with construction methods and regulations
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and site crews
• Identify defects, technical errors and deviations from the design
• Prepare weekly written reports in Russian and German for management and investors
• Keep photo records, track deadlines and document the construction process
• Monthly business trips to Germany to inspect the company's construction sites
• Prepare a technical report after each trip with findings, remarks and an action plan

Requirements

• University degree in architecture or civil engineering
• Hands-on experience delivering and supervising construction projects
• Russian, German and English
• Confident use of AutoCAD, Revit and other CAD/BIM software
• Ability to read, analyse and check design documentation
• Knowledge of construction methods and site organisation
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to travel to Germany every month
• Independence, organisation and responsibility

Nice to have

• Experience building multi-apartment residential complexes
• Knowledge of Bulgarian and German building codes
• Experience working with investors and technical supervision
• Experience with BIM models and construction budgets
