2. Data we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, phone number, email address and message. The hosting provider may also create security and technical server logs.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, maintain business correspondence and protect the website against misuse. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised ZS Holding personnel and technical hosting or email providers where necessary to deliver and secure the service. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Send requests to info@zs.holdings.
7. Complaints and cookies
You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). This website does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
